I was lucky enough to guide Charlie in a direction to learn the stix in 2007. I haven't had the chance to check on his progress until this past weekend at LCS, he looked like an old pro!

Charlie isn't a stranger to dirt track racing, before an injury caused him to hang up his helmet, he was a fine racer around North Texas. Charlie had wins in numerous types of cars owned by many well known people. He is truly a racers racer, even in the flagstand.

I remember telling Ronny Gould, promoter of LCS, "Charlie is too nice to be a Flagman", and still to this day think that. If you ever get a chance, say hi to Charlie, you'll part ways thinking the same thing!
